I saw this article in First Magazine. It is the Belly Fat Cure by Jorge Craig. It is about reducing your intake of sugar to 15g a day and 6 service of complex carbs. Nothing with fruitcose, corn syrup hydrogenated oils. No fake sugar. I bought the book at Amazon.com. It is not a diet it is a changing the way you eat. It intrigued me because I knew I had way too much of a sweet tooth. I didn't realize how much other sugar I was ingesting as well.
