Hey girls, I received my order from the Asian Grocer today.

They weren't too bad. The fishy smell kinda put me off, but after rinsing them for a few minutes in hot water they were fine.

I mixed them with Ragu light sauce and sprinkled reduced fat cheese on them. I didn't care for the texture much (kinda like medium cooked pasta), but for no fat, calories, carbs, sodium, etc. I will learn to get used to it.

I did eat the whole 6 oz. package as I was starving cause I only ate once today.

Big mistake. Now I am so full I am uncomfortable.

Just make sure you rinse them very well and don't cook them as they get rubbery.
